Return policy
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer, or a representative previously designated by the consumer and the entrepreneur, receives the product.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may be opened or used only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, and to decide whether the consumer wishes to keep it. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all included accessories, preferably in its original condition and packaging, following the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the seller.
If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the product. Notification must be made in writing or via email. After notifying the intention to withdraw, the consumer must return the product within the next 14 days. It is the consumer’s responsibility to prove that the product was shipped on time, for example, by presenting a shipping receipt with a tracking number.
Received the Wrong Product
We are human, and despite careful checks, it can happen that the wrong product is sent. No problem – send a photo of the received product to info@tuva-maison.com, and our customer service team will verify the situation and assist you in resolving it.
Received a Damaged or Defective Product
Although quality is our top priority, a product may occasionally arrive damaged. In this case, you do not need to return it: you may keep or discard it. Simply send an email to info@tuva-maison.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product.
If we confirm the defect based on the images, we will immediately send you a replacement product free of charge. If you meet the above conditions, please contact us at info@tuva-maison.com.
We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges in the Following Cases:
- The product has been used or is damaged
- The product is underwear, face masks, hygiene, or cosmetic items
- The product has been altered
- The product is defective but still in original, resellable condition unless the defect is our responsibility
- The product is not in its original packaging
Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs
If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
