Shipping and Delivery Policy

Tuva-Maison collaborates with local shipping companies such as DHL and Post to ensure your products are delivered directly to your home or through the postal service.

Payment is processed at the time of order, and all payments must be verified and approved before shipping. To prevent credit card fraud, orders containing incorrect billing information or requiring further verification may be delayed or canceled.

Delivery

We begin processing your order immediately after it is received; therefore, no changes (including address modifications) can be made. We deliver only to the address provided at checkout. You will be charged only for the ordered products, applicable shipping fees, and taxes.

After the shipment, you will receive a confirmation email.

We deliver only on business days — no shipments are made on Saturdays or holidays.

Typically, order processing takes between 1 and 3 business days, though some products may take longer, especially during holidays or for high-demand items with limited availability. Orders are shipped only after confirming product availability.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days depending on the locations of our production partners.

Shipping

After placing your order and confirming payment, your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days. The average delivery time ranges from 5 to 15 business days.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Tuva-Maison is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs procedures, holidays, extreme weather conditions, strikes, or demonstrations, which may extend delivery times beyond expectations.

The estimated delivery time has passed – where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the expected timeframe. However, shipments may occasionally be delayed during transit. You can check your order status using the tracking number sent to your email.
